Dr. Tornay was born and raised in San Diego. He attended the University of Southern California for his undergraduate degree in Biology and obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Emory University School of Dentistry. For more than 30 years, Dr. Tornay has provided attentive and gentle care to his patients and always has their best interests at heart.
A lifelong student, Dr. Tornay is passionate about dental education and has completed courses at the Pankey Institute, the Dawson Academy, the Kois Center, Spear Education, and the UCLA School of Dentistry. He is a member of the American Academy of Oral and Systemic Health.
In his spare time, Steve takes pleasure in reading, running, going on road trips with his wife Dominique and dog Molly, and following the Padres.
